1. Appointment at exhibition hall for preliminary discussions and communicate their needs.
2. Account manager visits on-site to take preliminary measurements and budget assessment.
3. After signing the contract, the engineer re-visits on-site to confirm measurements.
4. Deposit is paid, and tailor-made design plan is finalised.
5. Production orders are made once contract is signed and advance payment is made.
6. Once production is complete, customer is notified and an appointment is made for installation.
7. Installation begins after final balance is paid. After installation is complete, an acceptance document is signed, and enjoy your new home!
